PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR PRICES ARE BASED ON 1 CLEANER. IF IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE 1 OR MORE CLEANERS TO FINISH THE CLEAN THE PRICE WILL BE ADJSTED BASE ON HOW MANY CLEANER ARE NEEDED. ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AS WELL AS WE ARE INSURED.
Our basic services include $35-$40 per hour
- Cleaning all counter tops and kitchen surfaces
- Moving counter top appliance to clean behind them as well as wiping down appliances
- Wiping down fridges and stoves
- Full bathroom cleaning (vanity sink, toilet, and tub/shower)
- Making beds
- Vacuuming/sweeping
- Spot cleaning cupboard doors and drawers
- Floor washing
- Dusting
- Spot cleaning windows
Our heavy duty/deep cleaning services include $45-$50 per hour
- Spot wall/ceiling washing where needed
- Dusting light fixtures
- Double floor cleaning
- Windows and window sill
- Washing cabinets doors and drawers
- Deodorizing carpets and rugs
- Moving bigger appliances and washing behind them
- Cleaning under elements on stove top as well as inside the oven
- Wiping down all baseboards and rads
- Cleaning under beds
- Cleaning out fridges
Our carpet/rug cleaning services include $50 per hour
- Cleaning couches and chairs
- Mattress cleaning
- Cleaning area rugs and carpets
- Vehicle seats
New construction cleaning $70 per hour
- Removal of all dry all dust and or wood shavings from all surfaces
- Removal of stickers from doors and windows
- Windows and window sill cleaning
- Full kitchen cleaning
- Full bathroom cleaning
- Double washing floors
- Vacuuming/sweeping
Move in/out cleaning or one time cleans $65-$70 Per hour
- Full bathroom cleaning
- Full kitchen cleaning including wiping out empty cabinets and drawers
- Moving fridge and stove to clean behind them
